In 1986 graduated from the Moscow Aviation Engine College. Mr. Breev is a co-founder of M.video Group, from 2006 till 2013 he was the general director of the OJSC “Company “M.video”, from 2008 till 2014 – the development director of the LLC “M.video Management”, from 2013 Pavel Yurievich was the general director of the LLC “M.video Management”. From 2006 he is the member of the Board of Directors of the PJSC “M.video”, from June 2017 – also the member of the Executive board of the PJSC “M.video”, from July 2017 – the member of the Board of Directors of the LLC “ELDORADO”, from August 2017 – the Vice-president of the LLC “M.video Management” and from July 2018 - the member of the Executive board of the LLC “ELDORADO”.

Steve Lewis’ entire career has been in Retail with more than 18 years in Electronic Retailing. Several senior position were held during his 15-year career with Dixons International, including the position of Retail Director (1997-2001). Since 2002 senior positions were held including Retail & Distribution Managing Director for Woolworths and Managing Director for Entertainment UK. Very experienced in operational management and also graduated from Wharton University, Philadelphia, USA.
CEO of M.video Management LLC
Enrique Fernandez, who served as M.video’s Commercial Director for the past seven years (since 2009), has longtime high level expertise from the international businesses in Consumer Electronics industry and retail. From 2003 till 2007, he worked for the Media-Saturn Holding GmbH in various senior positions. His last deployment in Media-Saturn Holding was International Head of Procurement for both Media-Markt and Saturn brands. Prior to Media-Saturn Enrique worked in several positions referring to Sales and Marketing in Whirlpool Europe and Goodyear Tires.
Chief Financial OfficerEkaterina Sokolova has 17 years of experience in the financial field with about 10 years of holding managerial positions in various companies. Ekaterina started her career in the financial department of Deloitte company where she became the group leader and then switched to the management consulting department.
After 8 years in Deloitte in 2004 Ekaterina came to the TNK-BP company while TNK and BP companies were merging. Ekaterina led several projects resulting in building the financial function in accordance with best international practices. Starting in the Sales Business Unit as a financial manager, within a short period of time Ekaterina became CFO of the Sales Business Unit and after 6 years she was promoted to a CFO of the Downstream business. In 2013 when TNK-BP was acquired by Rosneft company, Ekaterina took the same position as CFO of the Downstream business in the joint company with the 2,5-3 times growth of the operations volume.
Ekaterina holds MBA degree of California State University, is a Certified Chartered Accountant by ACCA and has certificates from INSEAD in France and Singapore and Kellogg School of Management in the USA.
Chief Operating Officer
Irina joined M.video as Supply Chain project director in 2006. Graduated from EMBA Programme of the State Management University (Moscow) 2007. Prior to joining M.video, Irina spent 10 years with NESTLE Russia managing Supply Chain and in 2004-2005 leading GLOBE – Global Business Excellence – project implementation including SAP, R3 integration solution for IC BU and 2 production sites. Under Irina's supervision there are departments of the Supply Chain, IT and Projects, Administrative support and Maintenance.
Natalia Maleeva has 14 years’ experience in human resources and personnel management in leading Russian and Western companies. She started her professional career at Troika Dialog, a leading Russian investment bank. She also worked as HR director for such companies as Mary Kay, Karo-Film and IFD Kapital. Prior to joining M.video Natalia served as HR director for Detsky Mir, the largest children's goods retail network in Russia.
Oleg Muraviev has 17 years of experience in the field of digital and consumer electronics. Oleg joined M.video as Director of CBU Audio-Video in 2009 and in 2016 headed the Commercial Department. Previously he held different senior positions in LG Electronics and BSHG (Bosch/Siemens office in Russia). Oleg has expertise in management and marketing, having two university degrees: the first one in Management (MAMI) and the second one in Marketing (MIRBIS). In 2005 he also got MBA degree in Marketing (MIRBIS).
