M.Video Group (PJSC “M.video”) consolidates consumer electronic retail brands M.Video and Eldorado, and Goods marketplace. The Group’s combined annual sales are over 360 billion rubles. The Group operates more than 800 stores in 200 largest cities of Russian Federation. M.Video Group is the first and only public consumer electronic retailer in Russia. The Company’s shares are traded on the Moscow Stock Exchange (ticker: MVID).

M.Video Retail Chain
M.Video is the largest Russian consumer electronic retail chain by revenue. M.Video started its operations in 1993, and, as of March 31, 2018, runs 422 brand name stores in 169 Russian cities. The selling space of M.Video stores accounts to 690,000 sq. m while the total space accounts to 932,000 sq. m.
M.Video is the first Russian retail chain that had implemented fully-fledged OMNI-channel business model meaning a unified assortment, price and client service for both in-store and online sales. The retailer offers its clients over 20,000 SKUs of audio/video and digital products, large and small home appliance, media and entertainment products, as well as complementing accessories. M.Video operates its stores under a uniform format and a specially designed store concept. M.Video successfully develops in its stores shop-in-shop m_mobile special areas devoted for sales of smartphones and related digital products, services and accessories. The areas are equipped with own check-out points, wide range of innovative products displayed, and aim to offer an integrated solution to satisfy customers’ needs at the best price possible.
In 2016, M.Video was included in Top-50 most expensive Russian brands by British consulting agency Brand Finance, and was recognized as the most successful non-food retail chain in Russia. In 2017, M.Video was among Top-10 best employers and the best HR-brand in retail in Russia. M.Video is the only Russian retailer included in best employers ranking by Aon Hewiit and AXES.
“M.Video Bonus” loyalty program was ranked the best in non-food retail and in online in 2016 and 2017. In 2016, M.Video headed Russian E-commerce professional rating, and won Grand-Prix as the best online store. M.Video also won “Leader of the Year in Consumer Electronics” and “Consumer Rights Protection in Offline” RUSSIAN RETAIL AWARDS 2017. M.Video was recognized “Best Retail Chain in Russia” and “The Best Internet Store in Russia” by all-Russian public award “Retailer of the Year 2017-2018”.
Eldorado Retail Chain
Eldorado is a leading Russian retailer of home appliances, electronics and household goods with over 400 stores in more than 200 cities of Russia. As of December 31, 2017, total space of Eldorado chain was 762,000 sq. m, and selling space was 592,000 sq. m.
Eldorado is a winner in “Best Prices in Consumer Electronics” within Retail Week Awards 2017. The chain wins “Best Social Projects of Russia” award for its disposal project for two years in a row. Eldorado also was recognized “Trade Mark №1 in Russia in 2016”. The chain is an awardee of “Efficient Business Education in 2016” program in “Best Program of Professional Development and Motivation of Employees”, and a prize-winner of VII annual all-Russia award “Consumer Rights and Service Quality” in “Best Internet Store” nomination. Eldorado is a winner of Customer Experience Awards Russia 2016 in “Best Personalized Marketing”.
Goods is the first Russian full-format marketplace being developed by M.Video and commercially launched in September 2017. Goods (“Marketplace LLC”) is owned by M.Video Group and its founder Alexander Tynkovan. The marketplace offers its customers over 250,000 goods from 200 sellers, including consumer electronics, children’s goods, pet supplies, household goods, beauty and personal care products, car and home and garden goods. The company constantly expands its range of products, offering 60% of annual consumer basket of its target audience.
The platform has a number of new advantages in Russian market for convenient and bargain online purchases. For instance, a combined basket feature makes it possible to add goods in different categories and from different sellers into one order and receive them in one single shipment to save customers’ time and money. The marketplace consumers are also able to compare prices of the sellers and choose the lowest one. Additionally, the “lowest price guarantee” option allows Goods’ customers to do price match across the online market. Goods is developing its own loyalty.
